Profit Sharing will be based on Ledger Profit & Loss i.e after brokerages are deducted.
Invoice will be genrated on 1st of every month and you have to clear the due by 3rd of that month to continue trading the startegy. In between we will only send two reminders if the invoice is not cleared.
You can start and stop a strategy only once in a month. Multiple start and stop request will not be entertained. Also if you want to stop a strategy you have to inform us on mail info@smartalgotrades.com and WhatsApp. If we don't receive any intimation then that startegy will be considered running for your account and you will be billed accordingly.
Incase you have enrolled for more than one strategy then each strategy will have it's own profit sharing values and these cannot be clubed together. For example suppose you opt for Startegy A and Startegy B. Now if Startegy A is giving a profit of ₹ 1,00,000 and startegy B is giving a loss of ₹ 50,000 then Strategy B's loss cannot be adjusted with Strategy A's profit and you will be billed for Startegy A's profit and Startegy B's loss will be only off-set by it's own profit in the next month.
Profit sharing percentage will be based on ledger profit and loss calculated over the period of one month and invoiced on the 1st of the next month. You have to complete the payment before 3rd of the month to continue using our system.
Ledger values are calculated after EOD and it deduct brokerage and other charges before debiting your account.
Yes, you will see almost the same values but there can be minor differences since some strategies are based on market price which can introduce slippages.
Slipages are already accounted in the ledger values. If your sliappge is more than 10% of the profit posted then kindly contact us on the same day and we will look into the reason.
We post daily PnL for each strategy on our website. If you your PnL varries by a significant value lets say more than 5% then you have to get in touch with us on the very same day. We will not entertain any objections next day or thereafter.
We strongly recommend not to make manual adjustments, if you do so and we find the same in ledger then we will charge you on pro-rata basis based on our posted values. If we find you are doing it on multiple scenario then its better you trade on your own.
All profit sharing is based on ledger values, so if there is any loss then that loss will be adjusted in next month profit and then invoice will be generated on the remaining excess profit. Please see above for detail explanation.
If you forget or intentionally skip login then no trade will be placed in your account. If this happens frequntly then we will discontinue your account.
We don't allow to change multipler within a month. Your request will be implemented in the next month.
Quarterly settlements are pre-informed events and happens over the weekend and brokers send you messages and email for the same. Further, its your responsibility to check margin amount daily before start of market. Hence any loss of trade due to margin deficiency of any kind will be still considered for profit sharing calculation.
You cannot stop or start a trade within a month, if you do then we will not trade your account for the month but the period will be considered for any subscription cost.
