Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Smart Algo Trades' algorithmic trading services
• Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our trading algorithms
• Assist clients in understanding the process of algo trading and how it can benefit their investment strategies
• Handle client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Achieve set targets for client acquisition and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of online share trading concepts and the Indian financial markets
• Ability to handle client queries effectively, especially during peak market hours
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday

Salary Range:

INR 10,000 - 25,000 per month (based on performance)
